How can we help?
Answers to the questions we hear most. If yours isn’t here, email us — a person reads every message.
We aim to reply within one business day (Mountain Time). Include your company name and what you were trying to do.
Getting started
- What do I need before I sign up?
- Your work email, a Microsoft 365 organization (and someone who can approve access as an admin), the names of your leadership team, and the link to your weekly meeting.
- Who should set it up?
- Usually the person who runs your weekly leadership meeting. They become the workspace owner and can add admins.
Microsoft 365 connection
- Why does LeaderSync ask for admin approval?
- So it can read your team directory and calendars. A Microsoft 365 admin approves it once for the whole organization. If you’re not an admin, send the approval link from setup to someone who is.
- Does LeaderSync work with Google Workspace?
- Not yet. Setup connects to Microsoft 365 for your team directory and calendars. Your weekly meeting can still be on Google Meet or Zoom.
- How do people sign in?
- With their Microsoft work account, or with a one-time link sent to their work email. There are no LeaderSync passwords.
People and seats
- How do I add or remove someone?
- Owners and admins can add people from your Microsoft 365 directory in the web app, and mark who is on the leadership team — those are your seats. Removing someone stops your coach contacting them; their history stays.
- Can people outside the leadership team use it?
- Yes. Anyone you add can reply to your coach, report numbers and update action items. Only leadership team members count as seats.
Weekly meeting and notetaker
- The notetaker didn’t join. What happened?
- Check that the meeting link in setup is current, and that the meeting allows guests. In Microsoft Teams, someone may need to admit the notetaker from the lobby — it appears as your agent’s name followed by “(notetaker)”.
- Should we tell attendees about the notetaker?
- Yes. It’s visible in the participant list, but let attendees know the meeting is transcribed, especially anyone joining from outside your company.
Talking to your coach
- What’s my workspace email address?
- Every workspace gets its own address, like acme@in.leadersync.ai. You’ll find yours in the web app. Email it from your work address to start a new conversation.
- Can I send attachments?
- Not yet. Paste the text into the email body instead — your coach reads it just fine.
- Is Microsoft Teams available?
- Microsoft Teams is coming soon, once our Teams store listing is approved. Until then, email and the web app work for everyone.
Billing
- How do I add a payment method or get invoices?
- Owners can open billing from the web app to add a card, download invoices or cancel. Add a payment method before your 14-day trial ends to keep your workspace running.
- What if a payment fails?
- We’ll email the billing contact. If it isn’t resolved, the workspace pauses until it is. Your data is kept.
Your data
- How do I export everything?
- In the web app, open Settings and choose Download export. You get a zip of your whole operating system as plain Markdown files.
- How do I delete our workspace?
- Email support@leadersync.ai from an owner’s address and ask. We’ll confirm before deleting and let you know when it’s done.
