Your coach follows up with whoever owns a number, a priority or an action item — that often reaches well beyond the leadership team. None of those people need a seat.

As you grow, add leaders when you add seats to your leadership team. Your subscription adjusts automatically.

Pricing questions

Who counts as a seat?

Only the leadership team members you add. If your leadership team is six people, you pay for six seats. Plans start at 3 seats, so a two-person leadership team pays for three.

What about everyone else your coach talks to?

Free. Number owners, project leads, assistants — anyone your coach follows up with who isn’t on your leadership team doesn’t count as a seat.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days with everything included, and you don’t need a credit card to start. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep going.

Is the coaching included, or extra?

Included. Your AI coach, the LeaderSync path and the weekly routine are all part of the plan. There are no setup fees and no separate coaching packages.

What happens if the trial ends and we don’t subscribe?

Your workspace pauses: your coach, the notetaker and the weekly routine stop. Your data is kept, so you can pick up where you left off, export it, or ask us to delete it.

Can we add or remove seats later?

Yes, any time. Add or remove leadership team members in the web app and your subscription adjusts automatically. Changes show up on your invoice.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel from the billing page and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.

Why is the price in USD?

We bill in USD through Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your billing address.

Do you offer annual billing or invoicing?

For larger teams and groups of companies, yes. Talk to us and we’ll set it up.
