The recap from today’s meeting is in. I filed three action items and sent the team a summary.
I’ll nudge each owner on Wednesday at 10:00.
Built with you.Kept on track.
Your coach builds your operating system with your team, one short step at a time: Leadership chart, Vision Plan, first blocks and numbers. Then it keeps the whole thing current every week, so it never becomes one more thing to maintain.
Works where you work.
No new app to learn. Your team answers a short email, and your coach joins the meetings you already hold.

Which of our Q4 blocks are off track?
LeaderSync
Two of six. Dana’s “Launch partner program” terms are a week late, and Marco hasn’t updated “Hire an ops lead” in two weeks. Want me to check in with both before Tuesday?

Yes please.

Your coach checks every number and block against its goal, and tells you what’s off track while there’s still time to fix it. It puts the problem on the Issues List and asks the owner, so you don’t have to.

Why we built it.
“At Evolved Technology Group, we hit a plateau. Then the business grew fast, and chaos followed.”
The team at Evolved Technology GroupBuilt by operators. Made in Canada.
We brought in coaching and adopted a leadership framework, and it helped. But the framework was never the hard part. Keeping up with it was: chasing numbers, updating spreadsheets, prepping meetings and following up on who owned what, week after week, while still running the company.
The system worked best in the weeks we had time for it. In a growing business, those weeks are rare. So we built LeaderSync, to keep it running even in the busiest weeks.
Simple pricing.Everyone included.
Plans are priced by company size. Everyone on your team is included up to your plan’s size, and upgrading takes one click.
An AI leadership coach and operating partner for your company. It guides your leadership team through building a complete operating system for the business: Leadership chart, Vision Plan, Quarterly Blocks, Weekly Numbers, the Weekly Leadership Meeting, issues and action items. Then it keeps that system on track every week. It keeps the record current, collects the numbers, preps and captures the meeting, and follows up with the right people, so you can focus on building the business.
What do you mean by an operating system for the business?
A shared way to run the company: where you’re going, who owns what, what matters this quarter, how you know you’re on track, and one weekly meeting where issues get solved and action items get owners. When every leader runs on the same system, the business stops depending on one person to hold it together.
What does “central management” actually mean?
Your operating system lives in one central record that your coach keeps current. It handles the weekly routine, follows up with every owner, and gives the whole leadership team the same picture through the agenda, the meeting recap and the Friday digest. There’s no dashboard to maintain: ask the agent anything, any time, and export the whole record as plain files whenever you like. Everyone also gets a My items page with their own action items, numbers, priorities and meetings.
We’re growing quickly. Will it keep up as we add people?
Yes. Add leaders, roles and priorities as you grow, and your coach keeps the Leadership chart current and follows up with whoever owns each piece. Everyone in your workspace is included up to your plan’s size, and when you need room for more people, upgrading takes one click.
Do we have to use your framework?
No. Start with LeaderSync’s framework, or keep the one your team already runs. Tell your coach the words your team uses and set the routine to your schedule; it mirrors your language in every message, agenda and recap.
We already use a framework. Why LeaderSync?
Because the framework usually isn’t the problem. Keeping up with it is. LeaderSync makes the system you already use part of your team’s weekly workflow: your coach collects the numbers, preps the meeting, captures what was decided and follows up with every owner, in your team’s own words. You keep your framework; LeaderSync keeps it running.
Do we need a coach or consultant?
No. LeaderSync’s AI coach guides your leadership team through setting up the operating system (kickoff, Leadership chart, Vision Plan, first priorities and numbers), then keeps it on track every week. Already working with a coach or advisor? LeaderSync works alongside them, keeping the rhythm going every week between sessions, in the words your coach uses.
How do the coaching sessions work?
Your coach sends each leader a few short prep questions by email or chat, collects the answers, and drafts the result (a Leadership chart or a Vision Plan, for example) for your team to review. It can join your workshop call as a notetaker to capture what you decided, and you can follow each stage in the web app under “Your path”.
Does it replace our weekly meeting?
No. Your team still meets, talks and decides. LeaderSync prepares the agenda the day before, takes notes during the call or in the room, and makes sure what you decided turns into action items with owners and due dates.
Do we need Microsoft 365?
No. If you use Microsoft 365, connecting it lets you add your team from the directory and lets LeaderSync read calendars. Teams on Google Workspace or anything else skip that step and sign in with a one-time link sent to their work email. Your weekly meeting can be on Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.
How does the meeting notetaker work?
A notetaker joins your weekly meeting from its link and shows up as a participant with your agent’s name followed by “(LeaderSync)”, so everyone can see it. Meeting in person? The host’s phone records the room instead. After the meeting, your coach turns the transcript into action items, issues and priority updates, and sends a recap. Let attendees know the meeting is recorded.
How much does it cost?
Plans are priced by company size, from $249 USD a month for up to 5 users, or 25% less billed yearly. Everyone is included up to your plan’s size, and every plan has the same features. Add-ons, like the live meeting facilitator, are priced separately. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial; a credit card is required to start. See the pricing page for every plan, CAD prices and add-ons.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. LeaderSync does not train AI models on your data, and our AI provider, Anthropic, does not train its models on data sent through its commercial API.
Where is our data stored?
Your data is encrypted and stored in secure data centres in Canada and the US. The LeaderSync application, database and files, and the recording and transcription of in-person meetings, run in Canada. A few subprocessors process data in the US, including Anthropic, which runs your AI agent, and Recall.ai, which records online meetings. They are all listed on our Security page.
